After 30 plus years in public service, Greg retired from the North Carolina State Highway Patrol to become a Safety Consultant and establish DOT Compliance & Solutions LLC. He spent 27 years enforcing the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration regulations as a Motor Carrier Trooper. With his extensive background and experience enforcing Commercial Vehicle Safety, Greg was compelled to help the trucking industry better understand the regulations and help companies become compliant.

Greg received his training from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration starting in 1992 for the basic Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance and over the years also received training in Hazard Materials Transportation, Tanker Operations, Motorcoach Safety along with other training courses too numerous to list.
